• First I'll take your call and we will schedule an appointment time for
your irrigation & sprinkler repair.
• We will set up the access to your property for the irrigation
& sprinkler repair. In most instances you do not need to be onsite for us to take care of your repairs.
• Irrigation & Sprinkler repairs are not always an in and out situation. That’s why you need
someone with the proper locating and testing equipment. This will ensure that you are getting the most out of their
time instead of paying them for walking around making a guess or just installing new wires because they can’t
find the faults. Even with this technology you need someone with the experience to use it. Here at Southern
Lawn we have a combined 40 plus years experience, we're not just someone who has been hired and put into a truck
for our summer job.
• We will set up an estimated time frame for how long the irrigation
& sprinkler repair will take. Some tasks are harder than you might think; lightning strikes wreak havoc on a system, busted
pipes, burnt wires, blown solenoids and more. There are times (not often)when we repair one failure in the system,
causes another issue to be discovered. When this occurs it can cause the original estimated time quoted
to become longer because the issue described to us over the phone and what we encounter as we get into the repair
can become very different. We will then notify you of that so you can make a more informed decision. I'm just
being honest with you. That is what i would expect and we should deliver no less.
• Everyone likes to know what they are going to pay on
irrigation and sprinkler repair. We charge an hourly rate plus parts. That to me is fair; I try to give you my clients the
best service possible and a value for your money.
I’m not like
some other outfits that will give you an up front cost then hit you with extras, or tell you about flat rate pricing then
say I repaired that part the rest was above the quoted price. We could gamble also and I give you an estimate for
the worst case then get out in thirty minutes making you over pay for my services.
I
have built my business on honesty because I value you as a customer and I want to keep you as my customer. For this reason
I do not give estimates on repairs. I have found the time it takes for me to go through your system to determine
what is wrong, I could have repaired it.
• Our rates are very competitive. With
our equipment and experience you get a great value for your dollar. We are not the cheapest and well below the
highest.
